Kristin Betschart, founder of KKB Events, has the expertise, connections and vision to lead her team to produce face-to-face events that are memorable and exceed expectations.
Successful business owners love the work they do, and that is evident when you watch Kristin in action, a bright smile across her face. For over 20 years, Kristin has enjoyed managing, planning and working on events for organizations such as: GE Healthcare, Google, Puppet, eBay, Columbia Sportswear, Schneider Electric, Lexus, Proofpoint and DFIN.
When Kristin is not busy planning fabulous events, she can be found enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and exploring her community of Bend, Oregon.
Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Portland State University.

Ken Betschart, COO, launched his travel industry career while in college, working at Alaska Airlines and eventually working in Corporate incentive planning. Upon graduation, he left the travel industry and spent 25 years in architecting and driving large scale operations in senior Finance & Operation positions. Most recently, he was Director of Operations at Roche’s Hillsboro Technical Operations facility where he oversaw Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, and Learning Organizations. Prior to his Operations role, Ken was the Global Head of Finance for Roche’s 6 global biopharmaceutical drug substance manufacturing operations.
Ken is founder of The KaaB Group, a business advising, and consulting company focused on coaching entrepreneurs to success. One of his core values is community stewardship, which he accomplishes through volunteering. He is currently the Board President of the Central Oregon Humane Society and prior Chair to the Tigard Tualatin School District Financial Overs Committee and Bond Oversight Committee. When not thinking about business, Ken can be found on about any body of water that holds fish with a fly rod in hand. He also enjoys numerous outdoor activities and globetrotting with his wife, Kristin.
Ken holds his Master of Business Administration from the University of Portland, a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University-World Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Finance Law & Marketing from Portland State University.
